We want everyone to be able to use this website and to eat with us. This statement sets out what we have done and where we know there is still work to do.
What we have built in
- Semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks and lists, so screen readers can navigate the page.
- A "skip to content" link and a visible keyboard focus outline on every interactive element.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Text that meets WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios against its background.
- Full keyboard operation for the navigation, language switcher, menu accordions and photo lightbox, including Esc to close and arrow keys to move between images.
- Respect for the operating system’s reduce motion setting: all animation, parallax and the custom cursor are disabled automatically.
- Layouts that reflow down to 320px and remain usable at 200% zoom.
Known limitations
- Our online ordering platform is a third-party service. We do not control its accessibility, and we are happy to take your order by phone if you find it difficult to use.
- Blog articles are currently published in English only.
